I don’t really do reviews unless it is super good or really bad and this is the later. Specifically to the barista named Sinke, she provides no service at all, if I can just walk in to make my coffee I would. This Starbucks is on my way to work, so I always get my morning coffee here and it is always Sinke in the morning. She never greet even when I greet her friendly, she only smile to those Kroger employees or the person she knows, or she just hate me for no reason. I have used this location 4 times. Each time I have gone, I stress the importance of getting my coffee in decaf. I tell them, please, I cannot have caffeine because it makes me sick. Well, each time the coffee has caffeine! I just dont get it. Maybe I can go behind the counter and make it myself. Its nuts. Get it together Starbucks! Ya'll have been doing this long enough by now.
I just had to throw away a $8 cup of coffee in this economy because the cashier Jacob wouldn’t allow it to be remade by one of the baristas I know isn’t new to this location. The service has gone down so badly this was for sure my last time coming here.
Poor service. They let u wait for no reason and not taking your order.
