This isn’t as much about me as it is about an encounter I saw. When I came into Starbucks there were two tables of customers. A pair of 2 and a family of five with two parents and 3 children. I came in to pick up a delivery, I was not acknowledged once. While I was waiting, the son of the table was sent to check on their food. He was politely waiting near me and the employee saw him, she said, if you’re up here for food there’s only 3 of us so it’ll be done once we get to it. I was appalled. I'm very angry with this place, they've been doing things wrong for me twice in a row, I asked the lady why my drink didn't look full and she told me it was because I ordered it without ice, something I ALWAYS do in other stores and it had never happened to me that they gave me like that, so if I order without ice they have the right to give it empty like this? I pay the FULL PRICE they are not giving it to me, I don't even ask if I could put ice to make it look better, they didn't do anything, I NEVER come to this branch ag... read more
