Consistently not open at posted time. I’m staying at the Embassy Suites Berkeley Heights and the attached Starbucks says it opens at 6:00 AM. For four mornings in a row, it hasn’t been ready at 6:00—either I’ve had to wait around or been told they’re “NOT” open and to come back in 15 minutes. What? If I can give a 0 star, I will. The waitress rushed us 3 times when it was still 30 minutes before the closing time. The coffee was un-drinkable, I ended up throwing away the whole thing. Very rude and terrible service. All noises are made by the waitress herself, moving chairs loudly, making funny noises.
It was huge and not crowded.
