I absolutely love the Starbucks at Legacy Dr! This location consistently delivers an exceptional experience every time I visit. The staff here are always warm, friendly, and incredibly efficient, making you feel genuinely welcomed. I always order the same coffee, but this is the first time I’ve gotten a cup that’s mostly ice. The coffee barely fills half the cup, and I paid over $5—not to buy a cup of ice. Extremely disappointed.
3rd update: this store lost its store manager, Shelby. Shelby turned this store around by bringing it from a horrible service environment to an excellent one. She left. Now the store is suffering and nothing works again. Update to my review after 6 months: this store has figured out how to maintain consistent service and quality. I think this issue was multifaceted where this store was previously a staff that was not used to having a drive thru.
