I arrived before they closed only to be ignored for several minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the drive through speaker didn’t work, so I pulled around. I was then ignored at the drive through window by at least 4 people (still before their posted closing time). Other customers were still being served at this point. Work ethic needs improvement.
I recently visited here and the customer service was excellent. I went through the drive through so did not get names, but have been there several times before and it’s always the same. This day I was not having a good day but the kindness and efficiency of the staff lifted my spirits. It’s a little crazy but I always wondered about the messages on the cups and what good they did.
