It was barely at 10:30 am and the cashier was already stressed. It looked like the manager, I was like training someone. But I didn't like the deal. And when my sandwich was ready, she throw it. I found it rude, I don't know how there can be people like that working with public

There is nothing worse than an unfriendly batista at Starbucks. I visited with a friend around the holidays. I had crem Brule late with oat milk. I requested half of the syrup. It came out very sweet. I requested a tad of drip coffee to offset the sweetness. The batista said I have to pay for it. I decided to pay for another shot of espresso. The POS machine jammed. Pros: Good drinks Cons: Drive thru employee (wearing hair covering) was rude for no reason. 10/6 around 9am. There was no line in the drive thru so we aren’t sure why she felt the need to be extra. We placed a mobile order about 5 minutes prior to arriving and she was upset with us for arriving too early. It was very odd considering we were the only ones there at the time.
