I went in and placed an order. It wasn't even busy and the girl placing orders her name was Leeah just completely forgot to make my stuff. Her partner, who is the guy actually working did literally everything. Fire that girl ASAP she's useless.
25 minutes of waiting time and not have my order ready, what's the point to have only 1 person with no experience working alone in a busy place. I hope at least she cancel my order because I left, worst experience ever in a Starbucks.
Unfortunately went to take a drink of my much needed coffee to start the day of dealing with absent staff and it was hot chocolate. Second time for a wrong order in 7 days. 😢
