Awful! Every single time. If I put my order ahead or not, there is always a tremendous wait. Customer service is awful, no communication as to why the wait, especially when it is not busy. They definitely need another crew for the early morning. I paid for my items that I had to walk out without because I waited 25 min. They all act bothered if you try to ask for an update .

Do not go here with rewards or discounts they will strictly only take whole value. Lame ahhhh. Edit to there response: no. I don’t want to contact a customer service for somewhere I’m never going to again. lol
By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to . Super slow . Unorganized, 0 sense of urgency. For a Starbucks this is not the standard
