Horrible my drink wasn't even filled to the top and bad service on top of it SMH won't be coming back to this Starbucks.

I came here and got a caramel frappe, add an espresso and no cool whip. The gentlemen made it horribly. It tasted like blended milk. I ended up throwing it away. Then I decided I really wanted one so went back to purchase another and that's when I asked the woman if she could make it and i explained how my other one was. She made it for me free of charge. Great customer service. She also did an amazing job. It tasted great. He however needs a little more training.

I’m not the one to write reviews but…. it’s really not fair for Starbucks employees to sell merchandise under the table. Snoopy drop today, employee said there was no cups left and as soon as I turned around she sold one to a lady for extra money.

young lady with a bun at the register may be named “ Yasenia “ which is stated on the receipt, did not greet me or my friend at all . sat there with a blank stare while i stood at the register waiting for her to at least greet me or ask for my order to initiate she is ready. she then gave me a dismissive tone while completing my verbal order as well. terrible customer service from her .
