young lady with a bun at the register may be named “ Yasenia “ which is stated on the receipt, did not greet me or my friend at all . sat there with a blank stare while i stood at the register waiting for her to at least greet me or ask for my order to initiate she is ready. she then gave me a dismissive tone while completing my verbal order as well. terrible customer service from her .
When your allergies are terrible and you order a Medicine Ball tea, the last thing you need is for your cashier Yesenia to roll her eyes at you. Sorry that me wanting to feel better is inconvenient for you.
Awful! Every single time. If I put my order ahead or not, there is always a tremendous wait. Customer service is awful, no communication as to why the wait, especially when it is not busy. They definitely need another crew for the early morning. I paid for my items that I had to walk out without because I waited 25 min. They all act bothered if you try to ask for an update .
