Asked for nitro cold brew grande. Cup was filled with froth with little coffee. I asked Arorah (however you spell her name) to remove the froth and she refused with NO interest in correcting the service. I asked for my money back.
I’ve come 10+ times over the past few months and have been greeted with rude staff and poor service each time.
The Starbucks in Cypress was a total disaster. The cashier was blatantly racist and rude—grilling me with personal questions like they were auditioning for the worst cop drama ever. Every time I dodged her nosy nonsense, they hit me with an eye roll so dramatic I thought they’d strain something. Service was slow, attitude was toxic, and I felt like I’d walked into a hostile interrogation instead of a coffee shop. I’ve had better vibes at a DMV. Just do your damn job 😡😡😡
Every time I go my ice Caramel macchiato is always different like they just put whatever serving size they want they need to get Retrained.
