It’s no wonder they’re closing 250 locations and please start with this one. The male barista who makes drinks puts a full cup of ice in the cup, then has to dump almost half of my coffee into the sink because he put too much ice in. I was watching him the whole time. Someone please train him or get rid of him. It’s a ripoff I had only 3 sips and it was empty.
