I had bought coffee 2 hours ago and my daughter asked for a cup of water and a girl named Amy said that she had to purchase something even thought I bought something earlier? So it's a shame that she doesn't even get a damn cup of water after I bought something around 5pm, 4 shots of espresso. I chose to buy coffee here because I couldn't wake up. I will take this further because you guys are scamming me of my money.

I ordered three venti white hot chocolate mocha drinks and a spinach feta wrap and I ate there. Then, I ordered iced water and said “no, because I can not find your name from the order you made today.” She made me wait a bit saying she could not find my name.
Walking up to the location, as I’m about to try and open the door the guy walks up and slaps a paper closed sign on the door. This is my go too location, but that was pretty frustrating. I always check online first and it says nothing about being closed. However, it does say “cannot order ahead but the barista can take your order in person.” Really disappointed.
