Closes at 7:00pm. Literally told me to leave bc they aren’t taking orders at 6:50pm. Interesting how it closes before it closes…..

Very disappointed with my experience at Starbucks Store #12651 at Houston Premium Outlets. I placed a mobile order and simply asked Shift Supervisor Joanna for a cup of water because there was a huge line and there is no option to add water to a mobile order. Instead of politely explaining the policy, she became confrontational with me in front of other customers and made me feel embarrassed and humiliated over such a simple request. I have never encountered such mean behavior at any Starbucks before in my 15 years of being a gold member. My baby and mom were thirsty and hungry after running errands all day. I came in 7 minutes before their closing time at 7pm, bought a strawberry acai refresher and a croissant to go for my baby then asked for a free green tea refill for my mom.
