They must have a good location because they were extremely busy. Service was super slow as they were clearly understaffed. Manager actually kicked us out and closed the lobby trying to manage the situation. She was apologetic but probably should have closed the lobby hours sooner.
Starbucks does not charge for cream to be added to coffee. I have witnessed other baristas at other Starbucks be trained and told to make sure they take the automatic charge that populates off of the order, but some of your baristas at this location do not remove that causing the price to be higher than it should be. I order the same drink at every location and it always comes out to the same and when this barista told me a different price she just said that's what the computer populated... The coffee is always reliably good and the atmosphere is cozy for studying or catching up with friends. However, the service can be a bit slow during peak hours, which can be frustrating. Overall, it’s a decent place to grab a drink, but just be prepared for a wait sometimes.
I WAS HERE ON 4/26/26 & GOT ME A LARGE CARAMEL ICE LATTEE, A WARM CHOCOLATE CROISSANT AND A WARM BANANA NUT BREAD! I GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FROM TIME TO TIME!!
Overpriced, bad coffee. I was there under duress.
