I bought my drink, sat down and waited... and waited. Got up, saw staff doing miscellaneous tasks and asked if they're making my drink. Then they started. They weren't busy, only two other customers while I was there. Ironically, one of them was complaining about their order. Better to go across the parking lot to the standalone Starbucks.
First, the other pictures imtbhe reviews don't belong to this store, maybe the ones with one drink they do .. the place is very small few tables inside qfc . Those pictures are from the corner store that is full size and they have great customer service . Second, be aware not to make it complicated on this small store because of the lack of training and customer service . Make it simple. There is no leadership or ownership on this store .
