Worst customer service three people behind the counter none of them useful or even greet anyone waited 10 min. Jennifer in particular stood there looked at the line and continued to talk to her coworker that had no name badge. And still gave me attitude when I asked to scam for points. If you don’t like your job get a new one.
Extremely disappointing experience. I waited over 25 minutes with only 3 more clients before me and never received my order because the staff ran out of cups and completely forgot to make my drinks. When I asked about the delay, they treated me as if I was lying and asked for my receipt — only then did they realize they had neglected my order. Terrible experience, employees are given attitude and need better training in making drinks.
The drink was awful
Ordered matcha and latte got two matches, had to re order, the gave me wrong drink again, really poor service
