Slow, rude, lacking basics like drink trays and customer service. Skip at all costs. Drinks taste like cigarettes and ash trays.
Barista said the app with credit was the only way to reload my account. I had cash and I was told it wasn't possible to reload. I said, I do it in other grocery stores without any issues. Then the girl was rude and wouldn't provide her name. I went to Einsteins after that!
After I had ordered my large latte, a store employee walked up and asked for a glass of ice and a glass of water. I was shocked when the Starbucks employee waited on her first. I had to stand there for quite awhile while he got her water and ice. I told him I didn’t appreciate it. And he must have been distracted by her because he messed up my latte.
