The crew at the Kroger Starbucks on Hwy 9 do a much better job on my coffee order than this crew. Even more frustrating is that the staff take all of the parking spaces right in front of the door. I pull up this morning and am the furthest parking spot from the door. There are 8 cars parked in front and two people sitting in the restaraunt. Very frustrating especially when it's raining.
They were super busy when I went and they DID miss my drink and I had to ask about it BUT they seem like a really strong team and they managed make genuine connections with the people in the store regardless of how busy!
At this point, it’s less of a hassle for me to drive to another store than to come here. Every visit, we end up having to ask for our drinks to be remade because they just don’t taste right. The drive-thru staff show no concern for customer service. Today, hot coffee spilled all over my hand from one of the flimsy cups. Since you stopped double-cupping, there’s no protection. Friendliest, cleanest, most welcoming Starbucks ever! Just drove up from Athens and stopped in for refreshment and bathroom break (sparkling & immaculate) This is the place! 🥰
