It pains me to write this low review, because this is my local Starbucks and I've always had nothing but positive experiences here, until today. I ordered an Iced Blue Coconut Matcha, which is on their summer seasonal menu. I've been getting this drink for the past couple of weeks here, so I'm very familiar with what it should look like and taste like. Everyone here is absolutely incredible at this Starbucks Thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰 My only question is “my husband brings Me coffee usually Sundays or Saturdays and it never comes with a label Does this store not carry labels for drinks? Everything is wonderful 🥰🥰
The online ordering was turned off on Saturday, so I assumed they must have been super busy. Nope. When I got there they had no orders and the barista was chatting with a friend. I ordered a latte with sweetener and he told me “Nope, we don’t do that here. It’s on the side, so you can do it”. Really? Since when? So much for customer service.
The girl working today at around 10:30 was so rude and unfriendly it felt like I was an inconvenience to her when I was ordering like it’s not her job. then I heard her mock my order to her coworker.
Shut down all day with the store open and employees working? Well ok.
