The online ordering was turned off on Saturday, so I assumed they must have been super busy. Nope. When I got there they had no orders and the barista was chatting with a friend. I ordered a latte with sweetener and he told me “Nope, we don’t do that here. It’s on the side, so you can do it”. Really? Since when? So much for customer service.
The girl working today at around 10:30 was so rude and unfriendly it felt like I was an inconvenience to her when I was ordering like it’s not her job. then I heard her mock my order to her coworker.
Shut down all day with the store open and employees working? Well ok.
Worst Starbucks in Colorado, the pink drink always doesn't have dried strawberries, and when you pay more for extra dried strawberries, they give you three measly pieces
