For the love of God put someone on the cash register that actually knows the menu and can handle taking an order. Completely incompetent & doesn’t understand English very well. Even after we pointed to the photo on the menu she kept asking us what we wanted. We go to this location often and it’s disappointing to see they are hiring people not fit for the job.
Order 2 mochas. One with low-fat milk and one with breve with extra pumps . Both tasted like milk no flavoring.
Cassandra made my day yesterday. I go to Starbucks all over JC/Alpharetta and she went above and beyond to make great drink recommendations and took the time to chat with me! It was such a pleasure :)
