my granddaughter forgot her purse which she noticed 30 minutes later! Yo our gratitude it was turned in and she was exceedingly grateful! besides service- they were all friendly but after waiting for a while I had to ask for my ice coffee- they had missed my order, but they quickly made it
The customer service just isn’t there unfortunately, This is the first starbucks that I’ve been too that just doesn’t say Good morning in the speaker or say anything at all when I get to the window. All I get is my things and the window slammed on me before I can even say thank you. Train your staff to be better in customer service so you can keep the same clients everyday. The worst Starbucks experience. Gross food, served cold, some served burnt and smashed into a bag. Absolutely disgusting and careless location and service today!!! Thanks a lot for nothing! If you don’t work, go home.
Everything is great, but I gave 4 stars because the way the iced matcha latte is made is very inconsistent everytime I go. I ask for extra matcha and 4/5 times it doesn’t have matcha taste… it tastes like milk that’s just colored with green. Customer service is great though.
