I ordered a iced caramel machiatto. I sat patiently waiting for my order as they were busy. After about 10-12 minutes, I asked was my machiatto ready? The associate says, I called Tia 20 minutes ago! I said its "not Tia, "its Tee." The other associate had put the wrong name. They acted like it was my fault. A simple apology in that moment would have sufficed.
