I go to this location often and the staff has always been friendly and fast. The coffee is good, if you like Starbucks coffee obviously.

As many times as I have waited in the drive thru for a minivan to order… I was asked to pull back around in the drive thru because my mobile order needed 3 more mins. Really, Daniela? I come here too often. Thank you for making it quickly. But… I was inconvenienced by being asked to come inside. Not happy about that at all. My time is precious too. I’m not here to help you with your drive thru wait average. Think about how much I order here and help your sales & profits.
I went here and asked for a cup of ice. They said no, they do not give away ANYTHING for free lol. Okay, so I went across the street to McDonald’s and got a large cup of ice for free. They said they would add water too, also for free. Boo Starbucks!!!!!! I won’t ever go there again. Officially Beqns and Brew.
I frequent a lot of Starbucks because I like to sit and do my school there, and this Starbucks is definitely my favorite one. All of the baristas are so sweet, my drinks are always made perfectly. If I ask for extra of something, I get extra! I’m always greeted when I walk in and always told to have a good day when I leave. Everyone is friendly and happy.
