I realized the reviews here aren’t as great as I would have thought. I wonder why because my experience was wonderful!! I got a matcha in my first Venti size cup, and specified the milk, the sweetener and other details of my preference. Allison was the barista and she did not confuse my order. When I order a venti, I expect my cup to be filled to a venti size. After telling the employee that my cup was not filled, she insisted that this was normal and pointed me to a self serving area where I should fill my own cup. I drank starbucks daily.I've never had anybody do this. This is not okay.
