I usually love their caramel ribbon crunch but i came in today and ordered one and it was basically just coffee, milk, and ice with the fancy whip and crumbles on top. The flavor was horrible. The crunches, flavoring, and caramel are usually throughout and it wasnt. I tried hard to check if i was just in a mood bc i was upset when i came thus why spoiling myself with expensive coffee but no…it was just bad.
