The new location in Macy is small, congested & noisy. The coffee machine & Macy’s vacuum cleaning is loud & deafening. The old central location was superb.
One of their barista Asian girl named han keeps on harassing me to get a drink instead of water with ice even though I order other things to keep business afloat. I'm glad they are shutting down soon. I'm not going for the 2 last days because of her.
There will be a wait. That’s not the issue. All places are short staffed and staff is overworked. However, the service was more than subpar.
