I live in the neighborhood, so I've been coming to this location for 11 years. It's at a crossroads of 475 and Route 20, so it's consistently busy. I want to say at the outset I'm sure it's not an easy location to work. The morning drive-through is often jammed. That said, the service and coffee have been inconsistent.
