On the morning of 05/23/2026, I ordered a matcha latte with an extra scoop of matcha, but it did not seem like the extra matcha was added. When I asked the staff, he said he had already added 6 scoops of matcha. However, the drink tasted weak and watered-down, and the color was very pale. I also felt like the staff was dismissive and brushed off my concern instead of checking the drink properly.

Wouldn’t let me buy a fruit cup… smh
The last three times I have ordered an iced coffee just black with no sweetener, it has had sweetener in it. Yesterday the kid making the drinks was standing right at the register but with his air pods in likely didn’t hear me say black, nothing in it. And they are always defensive when I bring the drink back. Oh well, there are other places.
