On the morning of 05/23/2026, I ordered a matcha latte with an extra scoop of matcha, but it did not seem like the extra matcha was added. When I asked the staff, he said he had already added 6 scoops of matcha. However, the drink tasted weak and watered-down, and the color was very pale. I also felt like the staff was dismissive and brushed off my concern instead of checking the drink properly.

Andrew was very nice
I am amazed with a great vibe and energy two of your employees have. Great smiles, great attitude, great customer service, they have made my day. Thank you Andrew and Grace.
Wouldn’t let me buy a fruit cup… smh
