Got a yummy coffee latte and was leaving when a homeless guy who just smelled like urine came up to me begging for money. Followed me to my car even. This area is getting really bad and not safe.

Absolutely worst experience I've had here yet! I was here last Thursday I had to wait in line for 20 minutes while a barista worked by herself. When another girl, Alisha, came over to take my order she said "I'm sorry she's taking so long she's not very good at her job". I found this extremely disappointing this store needs to fix its scheduling and fire Alisha. The coffee I was severed by the other girl was great by the way 10/10.
