I feel gross spending money here. They've gotten increasingly sneaky in their upcharging, and their service has fallen off a cliff. I bought some hot chocolates for my work a few weeks back, and they tried to charge me double on a vanilla-flavored one because "That's a signature drink and it comes with steamed milk 🙃" No thanks. The competition has caught up to them and has much more to offer.
