I had a wonderful experience at this coffee shop. The facility was clean and well organized, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Staff members were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. Overall, everything exceeded expectations and I would gladly return.
Lady with the braids was so rude and nasty!!! I believe her name is Destiny, but I could be wrong. Everyone else there seems super helpful and friendly, but every time my friends and I go, she’s usually on her phone and seems annoyed to be there. We’ve all had similar experiences with her, so I know it’s not just me. If you don’t want to work there, get another job. Customer service these days is honestly trash.
This Starbucks location is truly horrible. You’d think since it’s on base it would be nice, but it’s not. They have roaches and a really bad fruit fly problem.🤮 I’ve personally seen multiple myself. I also heard there have been issues with rat droppings around the store before. (Not sure if they’re still there) The manager is the biggest issue. I came in on Sunday at 4:22 PM, before their 4:30 closing time, just to grab a cake pop for my youngest son. The employee came out from the back and immediately told me they were closed, and her tone was pretty rude. I explained that I only wanted to buy one cake pop, and she responded by saying she was out of them. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. If you’re going to close early or be out of items, at least communicate it respectfully.
They make their own hours. Google says they are open til 4:30 on Sundays but we were turned away. Workers don't want to do their job.
