This Starbucks location is terrible. The drive-thru setup is poorly designed—if one car makes a mistake, it backs up the entire line and everything comes to a halt. The line is constantly long, and there’s no efficient flow at all. Ordering ahead doesn’t help either. If you place a mobile order, don’t be surprised if your drink has been sitting out so long that it ends up in their fridge. That alone says everything about how this location is run. We waited almost 20 minutes for one small drink. Its not busy and we watched the drive thru go around and around. This store does not prioritize customers who are inside waiting. Meanwhile another customer was waiting longer than me for one coffee. Staff ignored me while I stood at the register patiently to inquire about my drink. When I was finally acknowledged he was rude and told me they hadn't got to my drink yet but he had to look it up and my sticker wasnt even printed for my drink. Worst Starbucks ever.
At 11AM my mother and I decided to come inside and order due to the drive thru line being very long. We ordered a pink drink, pumpkin loaf and mango dragonfruit lemonade then stood off to the side to wait for our order. After waiting inside for 25 minutes the only thing prepared was the pumpkin loaf while all of the cars that were in line when we arrived were gone.
