I’ve never met a manager so rude and unwilling to satisfy their customers. Stefanie, who also claims to be a regional manager for the location was not only rude and unprofessional but she was on a power trip. Another worker who took my order advised me they can’t do free pup cups and instead you need to make a purchase in order to, so i asked what the cheapest item on the menu was.
