My friends and I went in on a Friday evening before 8pm. The barista "RORO" was dismissive and needs to learn better customer service.
I went to order my USUAL, that I order everyday for the past 2-3 years and the barista refused to let me add “extra lemonade” she said it’s against corporate policy to make modifications to portions on drinks. I explained I have ordered this drink like this all the time and can even order the strawberry acai lemonade with extra lemonade on the app, as I always do.
