I placed a mobile order this morning and was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Venti Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew with several specific customizations, and the drink I received was nothing like what I ordered. SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH EVER!!!
I ordered an Iced Oatmilk matcha late with brown sugar. They were very quick, friendly, and accurate! They even removed the extra foam; most Starbucks just give you a cup half full of air.
