Allen the Manager was very Kind to me on a misunderstanding regarding Starbucks refill policy. At the airport Starbucks when you order through the mobile app they can not do refills. You have to order at the counter to get a refill. Allen explained this to me very nicely and gave me a refill. I appreciate his kindness.
