Excellent and fast service. The coffee is delicious and made exactly as requested. There is no doubt that the employees are hardworking and do a wonderful job; I love that there is always a greeting and a "thank you." Thank you for your work.
I hadn't gone to Starbucks in a while and decided to try it again. I had a really nice experience at this location because the employees were just so genuinely friendly. I wish I could recall their names, best I can do is it was a young man and a young woman, and they just seemed happy to be working there and friendly as could be. My drink order is kinda obnoxious - I like my blonde americano with a hefty amount of cream. I always say “about an inch and a half of cream” but rarely am served enough for my taste. Emily actually handed me the cup and marker and let me draw my own cream line! Then Cameron asked if I wanted the cream steamed or cold, a question I’d never been asked but appreciated... All while being conversational and kind. Above and beyond!
The staff are friendly when serving you but beware with some staff members, they like to pick and choose who can use the public bathroom for free and who has to buy something before using it. I came here once with my boyfriend, he used the bathroom and the young female didn't make him pay, but as soon as I needed to use it, she told me I had to pay! I said, okay, sure, no problem. So, I went ahead and bought a cakepop, anywho, after buying the cakepop and finally getting the code for the bathroom...I get interrupted while us... read more
Paid for extra cold foam and even asked for a bigger cup to accommodate the foam but instead it was all milk and light on the foam.
