The staff are friendly when serving you but beware with some staff members, they like to pick and choose who can use the public bathroom for free and who has to buy something before using it. I came here once with my boyfriend, he used the bathroom and the young female didn't make him pay, but as soon as I needed to use it, she told me I had to pay! I said, okay, sure, no problem. Paid for extra cold foam and even asked for a bigger cup to accommodate the foam but instead it was all milk and light on the foam.
