I come here every morning. Friendly staff for NYC. Watch you don't throw your back out on the brass doors. They are the original doors from when the Woolworth was built. Two hands.
The bathroom is huge for some reason
Long line of tourists jams the entry almost every afternoon, mostly waiting to use the bathroom. Once you're at the counter, service is fast
This place is so cold in the winter Polar Bears chill out here. Hey 5 Bucks, put up some curtains, will ya???

So how about that woman that works there in the mornings? Those who come here know who I mean. Super high energy level and remembers most of the reg customers. Makes you forget you're in Starbucks.

Terrible service! Both of the counter people were huffing and puffing because I didn't have less than a 50 dollar bill. There was no need to make such a BIG scene over giving me change.
