I usually go to this Starbucks in the afternoon so this was my 1st time coming in the morning not only was she rude but they were also 15 mins late for my drink then gave me attitude saying that we don't have your water do u want us to just refund it then when I say yes ill just get a refund she gives more attitude because the fact that she had to give me a refund rude never had this experience before never again
This location does not participate in Starbucks nurses week free coffee campaign 2025.
No bathrooms and 15 people waiting. Staff is very nice but they are understaffed. It’s so busy and no bathroom??? Terrible
