Starbucks On 3/20/25 went with a friend to get coffee, but when my friend needed to use the restroom as a paying customer. One of the younger Caucasian female staff wearing a black baseball cap was very rude and annoyed when she had to repeat the restroom code. She kept saying the bathroom code so fast and with such terrible annoyed attitude. I’m sorry if my friend asked multiple times and got the numbers mixed up and confused. Monty & Cam were amazing and we have been to a ton of Starbucks and this felt like a treat experience. From the actual dishware to going the extra mile on explaining the menu. 10/10 experience! Ty!b

I really don’t like to leave bad reviews but my hope is that some sort of change will be implemented if enough of these types of reviews are seen for this particular location. For whatever reason the staff here always seems aggravated and unhappy to serve customers. This location is consistently closed during hours that they should be open. As someone who creates regular business for this location through corporate meetings and bringing in customers, it is very challenging that they don’t stick to their stated schedule.
