There was an older lady that works there and we were trying to get my partner her birthday coffee and she said that you need a coupon and we already knew we didn't need that she just had to scan her phone we had to go to another Starbucks and they had no problems with scanning her phone and doing the birthday I wish that they can train their employees a little bit better with customer service she was really rude i will never come back to this one
Very rude baristas didn’t even see to want to work 🤣 they were upset because I wanted to buy a juice box.
I had a barista make a recommendation on how to make my regular order more affordable for the same thing. I really appreciated it!! Thank you! Coffee can be ok, which is the only reason it’s not 5.
Came in a bit before closing to have this person take my order with the most amount of attitude and then had the audacity to put my drinks at the complete opposite end I was standing on then let me stand there and not tell me they were done. I will never return to this location and im sending this complaint all the way up to corporate.
