Update (3/31/26): Unfortunately, this issue continues to occur. Even after raising this concern previously, my drink again this morning was not prepared as requested. After the airy foam dissipated, there was still a noticeable amount of empty space at the top despite my repeated request for the drink to be filled all the way to the top. I am including a photo from today to document the ongoing inconsistency. Crazy busy at 9am, but staff was quick. Really nice spot to relax if waiting for someone in surgery.
I’m not sure what’s changed with the recipes or manufacturers of the snack products, but the quality has dived. The bread slices have lost flavor and are dry as a cracker.
Quiet inside. Very convenient location !
