Over 25 minutes wait after ordering to get coffee
Atrocious! Took 20 minutes for a simple refresher even though I ordered on the app ahead of time. Had me sweating through my shirt. This behavior is unacceptable and should be punished severely. Xo

Horrible customer service. Woman at the front extremely rude and demeaning. We asked for life and we already had the drink we bought and she said she’ll make as long as she needs. Their attitude’s are rude and they were not nice. Won’t be going to that Starbucks again.
The Attitude of the workers MY GOD HAVE MERCY!! They throw down your food on the counter look at with a Big Attitude. Have issue with payment on the machine they say it didn’t go through do it again, but again with look and a talk down to you. If you don’t love what you do then find something else. They are in Customer service and they Suck at it. Seems like they don’t want to be at work and give a hard heavy atmosphere there.
