Now there are two locations at MKE, one as you come into the terminal on Concourse D and also on way out past TSA. Grabbed a quick Decaf and Regular Americano in the Concourse D Starbucks - hot and black like we ordered, prompt service and delivered in expected normal time frame. Also got an order of Bacon and Gruyère Egg Bites - tasty! What's not to like!
14 minutes to get my drink and everyone who ordered after me got theirs quickly. When I asked about it the barista was annoyed that I asked. Bad attitude and poor service.
if unkindness and unmotivation had a name, it would be "Starbucks Concourse C". I can not believe that those people expect to get tipped for the low quality of customer service they are providing. If they don't like their jobs, I'd recommend they get other ones.
Employees are rude, look like they just rolled out of bed and can't even get simple orders right. Spend more time talking and don't even acknowledge people. Asked for no meat got meat, add cream, no cream.
Wow I ordered mobile and waited 10 min while watching people order way after me and get there orders first. I got a stupid response from one of the employees. When I made a huge stink someone stepped up to help finally
