This is for southwest c gates. We asked what time did they open and she ignored us. Black womzn with braids and short stature. I thought maybe she didn’t hear us. So I asked again and she gave us attitude and rolled her eyes. It’s 3:53 am. If she would’ve answered the first time we wouldn’t have bothered her. Some ppl aren’t morning ppl so if ur not then don’t take the job.
It's an airport Starbucks, so be prepared for bad service and higher prices. Ordered a pumpkin loaf, got a breakfast sandwich covered in melted cheese. So now I'll be eating airplane snacks because I'm lactose intolerant!
This place usually isn’t too busy, but when I stopped in today there was only one employee working, Sonia, so there was a bit of a wait, but she served everyone cheerfully, kept the line moving and was good at multitasking. Hardworking and professional, and I enjoyed my delicious well crafted latte.
