Girl working today 7/13/24 3:30pm was working extremely slow even the people behind me left. Once I got to her she had a bad attitude towards me and so after waiting for a long time just decided to left without buying anything. She definitely needs to improve her Customer Service skills.
Toni has an Attitude very rude and corrected me many times on my “grammar” also pulled my pumpkin bread out of the display case and didn’t warm it after I asked 3 times. Strongly do not recommend
Extremely slow overall. It took 3 to 4 minutes just to accept my order (there was no queue), there were just 2 workers around and both were kinda busy so it's ok. Then another lady came in to help and I was hoping things would kick off, but it didn't happen, they just had more topics to discuss. My coffee was done but it took 20 more seconds to put the lid on just because there was something extremely important to discuss apparently.
