This is what I get for 8 dollars. Half cup of mocha.
Shayla was about to ring me up for three separate expresso shots, I explained it’s cheaper for her to ring me up for the triple shot, she proceeded to try to come up with a bogus excuse for why she wouldn’t do that when that’s all they have ever done before 🤦♀️ this Starbucks is always a hot mess and needs a Reno with staff and training.
The coconut milk they used on my pink drink is bad it looks completely separated. The worker wasn’t the kindest person either
The place is filthy. One employee was mocking customers when we walked into the store so I came back later. Three employees. Zero customers. They used the wrong espresso in my beverage or it was burnt/too much. It definitely didn’t taste like the other stores’. I also bought some ground coffee - instead of dumping the beans in the hopper and putting the bag underneath to catch the grounds - the employee put a pitcher underneath and struggled for quite a while trying to figure out how to get them into the bag (lol) - I’m pret... read more
