I wish I could give 0 stars. This is genuinely the worst place I’ve ever been to. I’ve ordered an hour before class and still almost been late, or had to leave my drink behind because it was taking so long. The service is slow, disorganized, and careless. Staff regularly give attitude, ignore you after saying they’ll “be with you,” and my drink has been made wrong multiple times. Enjoy time
I don’t say this lightly, this is the worst Starbucks (by far) that I have ever been to. Long waits, wrong drinks, and some staff that don’t seem to know what they are doing really kill the Starbucks experience for this particular location. It’s a shame they closed the good one and left this one open.
I don't like posting reviews, especially bad ones but I literally waited upwards of 10 minutes waiting in the front for someone and they kept avoiding eye contact. Huge line behind me, waiting just for one person. The person who said 11 minutes ago "Ill be right with you." just spend several minutes cleaning, not making drinks. There were at least three workers as well. Very sad, I would've ordered online if possible, but I really wanted a food item that wouldn't let me order it.
Worker spent 20 minutes talking to a friend while the orders backed up. I ordered a decaf drink and when I drank some my heart was racing. I even asked her if it was made with decaf, and she assured me it was decaf. After surviving two heart attacks, this was very dangerous for me. I’m very angry at the service and complete disregard for a customers health!
