I don’t know who does the hiring or even the managing, but they desperately need some type of retraining or restructuring. I ordered ahead 20 minutes and i waited over 30. There’s no hustle. Only 2 people behind the counter making drinks and they’re both just taking their time chit chatting. At least have more staff to make up for that. Dont go here if you're a regular person. Students dont know the difference. Ordered a Latte, got an Iced Latte. They remade but I noticed the price waa higher than the app. Eric said oh she charged you for the ice, nothing the difference first. I asked if Id get that overcharge back, he said check with her the cashier. She rolled her eyes and checked saying the price was the same. I wish I could give 0 stars. This is genuinely the worst place I’ve ever been to. I’ve ordered an hour before class and still almost been late, or had to leave my drink behind because it was taking so long. The service is slow, disorganized, and careless. Staff regularly give attitude, ignore you after saying they’ll “be with you,” and my drink has been made wrong multiple times. Enjoy time
I don’t say this lightly, this is the worst Starbucks (by far) that I have ever been to. Long waits, wrong drinks, and some staff that don’t seem to know what they are doing really kill the Starbucks experience for this particular location. It’s a shame they closed the good one and left this one open.
