I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks on Cooper point and Black Lake Boulevard. It is the only one in the Olympia area that I go to. The service here is impeccable, starting with Siobhan. But I wonder if they did some additional training, because the service I have received in the last few weeks has been off the charts friendly. I love friendly experiences while I go about my day and this Starbucks is really delivering. Bonus points for always getting my order correct. Thanks all!!

A scalding hot latte from the machine with a single shot of espresso. Who does a single shot for a 12oz drink? Zero flavour and didn’t bother drinking it. How disappointing. Has been years since I’ve been in a Starbucks and this reminded me why. Starbucks isn’t about coffee, it’s about overly sugar drinks.

I ordered a tall English Breakfast tea with ice “so it’s not so scalding hot”. The tea I received was scalding hot. While trying to hold it the lid popped off and scaling hot heat spilled on my hand and my leg. I went back to the store explained what happened and was given a new tea. I always ask for ice in my tea because it’s too hot to drink and sometimes hold. I want to drink my tea then not ten minutes later. I didn’t feel heard when I returned.
