I should have read the reviews before buying a drink from the location. My bad. The up charge fee is ridiculous. I won’t pay again $8 and change for a drink I can get for $6.50 at any other location.
I don’tpay 8$ a drink for it to come not filled absolutely ridiculous. I will never be coming back here.
Serena and Gracie service was great.
There’s a few baristas here that are extremely sweet and give top notch customer service but the other baristas including one of the managers acts like they are being put out by me being there and having to serve me. They really need to do a retraining on how to provide good customer care.
Great Starbucks location! Staff is always friendly and very efficient! Nice place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee
