Went in this morning and it was empty. The staff didn’t speak or greet just kept talking to each other even when I waited at the register to order. I haven’t ever had this type of service at a Starbucks…

Two girls that worked 7Feb2026 closing shift. Arrived 12 minutes before closing, asked if I could get a toasted cheese danish. The register asked the girl cleaning the toaster if “she wanted to toast or not”…. The girl said no.. 10 minutes until 6PM. Really? Let’s fulfill our entire shift, then clean maybe? Or do we prioritize flying off shift at exactly 6? Super lazy service. Let’s do better as I’m sure you’re being paid to work until 6, not close shop early.
I love the Baristas here! They always find a way to make my day brighter! I'll be sad once I PCS however they are a memorable staple in my experience in this base ❤️
