There are so many people, yet the service is so poor. At this point, you’d be better off with just one person behind the counter. Then I’d understand why the service is lacking.

I went in one day feeling very down and Kim noticed right away. She went above and beyond making me the most delicious drink and wrote me the sweetest message on my cup. I felt so seen and turned my day around <3 I will definitely come here all the time now just for her. Thank you for your kindness
