Incredibly rude staff. It was my daughters birthday and the barista was horrible.
Called to complain about my coffee I ordered and I am missing 4 shots of epssresso I had made and a cookie crumble topping my order has been messed up a few times and I could let it go but when I had called to complain the guy I assume was the manager was being a smartass and saying “we can’t make a coffee without espresso” yet that’s what I am tasting. Placed an order at the walk up window and the woman who took my order was super nice. The man in the back making the drinks was horribly rude though. He yelled at her and said “after this we aren’t taking anymore orders at the window! Make them go to the drive through!” Then he glared at me while I was waiting for my coffee. Find a local small owned coffee shop if you want any kind of welcoming experience.
