The older woman behind this counter is so rude. I have been here twice and both times she was so sour I don't think I will ever come back. I'd rather drive out of my way and have someone treat me nicely. Her attitude is completely unnecessary, don't work a food service job if it pains you so much.
The older woman working at the register was as unfriendly as one could get. Did not smile once even though we tried to engage with her in a friendly manner. Fortunately, the person making the drinks was pleasant.
If you want your day ruined specifically your birthday this is the place for ya
This Starbucks is genuinely terrible. Have never gotten a drink order that was correct from this place. It doesn't seem to matter who's working, either - I've had issues with my orders regardless of time of day or the team on staff at the time. The customer service is seriously lacking, too. This morning, I ordered an iced matcha latte with vanilla cold foam and got a latte with no ice and 75% of it was cold foam. Not to mention, the croissant I ordered was rock hard.
