Whoever was working the drive through window between 8:30am-9am was incredibly rude. Would rather watch customers struggle to reach. If they cant reach out of the window to customers, they shouldn't be working the window. At least dont be rude about it on top of it.
I come here at least four days a week and I order the same thing every morning, a coffee and a sandwich. I order it through the app. I go in, the coffee is ready but I have to wait because they forget to make my sandwich. Every time. Every single time. Eventually somebody will notice me waiting and ask what I’m waiting for, and then they’ll go make it. Consistently, every single time. I don’t understand if I’m doing something wrong when I order?
