absolutely ridiculous! i waited in line for over 10 minutes without anyone in front of me, waiting to be helped (so i wasn’t unintentionally bombarding the barista if they were busy) and not a single word was spoken to me despite having made eye contact with at least 3 employees! then a group of 5 people come in and they immediately speak to them and take their order! then a barista comes out from the back to talk to and hug the customers while they’re still standing front of where orders are taken! i will NEVER come back to... read more
I came in, a guy named Quin took my order, he was nice to me, but as I was waiting for my order he raised his voice at his co workers abruptly in a disrespectful manner that caused immense disruption to my day. I don’t think that is how you speak to your co-workers, as I work in customer service myself. Overall, the atmosphere and service was well, but just very disrespectful actions towards his co workers.
They make my orders SO BAD every time it's not even funny, my matches are always watered down and when they add cold foam they hardly add any so you don't taste it at all. My cousin got a Dubai chocolate matcha one time and they added strawberry and he's mildly allergic so it could've been dangerous. The workers are also SO rude and have an attitude every time we go.
