My husband & I frequent this store almost daily. We always get the same two drinks, sometimes an extra for someone else. All three of our drinks were wrong today (Caramel Ribbon Crunch with no whip on bottom or caramel around cup. Strawberry Frappe add vanilla bean powder was made as a Vanilla Frappe with strawberry puree on the side of the cup. The crew at the Broadway Starbucks in Grand Junction, CO is by far the best barista crew ever! They are always super happy, taking care of their customers with a joie de vivre not seen very often these days! I love this crew!! BRAVO to you all!
Either the staff don't want to do their job or they have not been trained properly. Refused to load money to my app to pay for my purchase.
